Overview

A firm where half the team were quietly using AI tools and the other half were worried about it. There was no shared understanding and no written position.

Challenge

Give people enough understanding to use these tools well, without either overselling them or frightening everyone into ignoring the subject entirely.

Approach

Two short sessions and a one-page internal policy draft. We covered what generative models actually do, where they invent things, and what should never be pasted into them.

Design

Materials designed like a good manual: numbered, scannable, no jargon, and printable in one colour so people keep them on the desk.

Outcome

The firm adopted a written AI position, agreed a small approved toolset, and staff now ask better questions before reaching for a chatbot.

“We came to Chris with the beginnings of an idea and he helped turn it into something that already feels like a real event brand. The branding, website and launch content have given The Paranormal Festival its own identity from day one. He’s quick, full of ideas and genuinely gets excited about helping you build something.”
